دليل توضيحي لالية تطبيق التعديل العام/2023

 تؤشر جميع المنتجات باللغة العربية او باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية معاً ووفق البيانات الايضاحية المبينة في المواصفات القياسية العراقية والمتطلبات الفنية الصادرة من الجهاز المركزي للتقييس والسيطرة النوعية وذلك وفقاً للتعديل العام المعتمد سنة 2023 الخاص بتأشير جميع المنتجات باللغة العربية او باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية معاً والذي تم اعتماده وفقاً للفقرة ثامناً من المادة 11 من قانون الجهاز المركزي للتقييس والسيطرة النوعية رقم 54 في 1979 (المعدل). All products shall be marked in Arabic or in both Arabic and English according to the marking clause in the Iraqi standards and technical requirements issued by the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control according to general amendment which approved in 2023 regarding marking of all products in Arabic or in both Arabic and English, which was approved in accordance with Paragraph Eight of Article 11 of the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control Law No. 54 of 1979 (amended).  يمكن تأشير المصطلحات العلمية الشائعة ووحدات القياس (مثل A، V، W، Hz) وبعض الرموز (مثل R600a) على الأجهزة المنزلية والمستلزمات الكهربائية أو على التغليف الخارجي للمنتوج باللغة الإنكليزية فقط على ان يتم توضيحها في كتيب التعليمات الخاصة به باللغة العربية. Common scientific terms, units of measurement (e.g., A, V, W, Hz) and some symbols (e.g., R600a) can be marked on household appliances and electrical accessories or on the outer packaging of the product only in English, but shall be indicated in its instruction manual in Arabic.  تؤشر ازرار لوحة التشغيل في الأجهزة الكهربائية المنزلية باللغة العربية والتي توضح وظيفتها. Buttons or (Operating panel) buttons in household electrical appliances shall be marked in Arabic which clarified their functions.  يُمكن تأشير ازرار التحكم في أجهزة التحكم عن بعد للأجهزة الالكترونية مثل أجهزة التلفاز او أجهزة التبريد او أي جهاز تحكم مشابه باللغة الإنكليزية على ان تفسر هذه المعلومات في كتيب التعليمات المرافق للجهاز وباللغة العربية. the control buttons on remote control devices for electronic devices (such as televisions, refrigerators, or any similar control device) can be marked in English, but this information shall be explained in the instruction booklet accompanying the device in Arabic language.  جميع العبارات والمعلومات التي تشير الى صنع واسم المصنع أو المورد أو أي مكونات وتحذيرات وتعليمات خزن او تعليمات استخدام ضرورية ان وجدت باللغة العربية وكذلك التسميات او الأصناف او الدرجات والألوان ان وجدت، وأي عبارات تشير الى تاريخ صلاحية أو تاريخ انتاج تكتب كذلك باللغة العربية. - All terms and information that refer to the manufacture and name manufacturer or supplier or any components, warnings, storage information, or necessary usage instructions, if any,shall be in Arabic language, also the nomenclature, classes, grades, and colors, if any, and any terms that indicate an expiration date or production date are written in Arabic language. ـ يُمكن اضافة البيانات الايضاحية الضرورية لإطارات مركبات خفيفة وثقيلة الحمل وسيارات الركوب والانابيب الداخلية لها باللغة العربية بشكل ملصق مثبت ويصعب ازالته على الإطار او على الغلاف الخارجي له على ان يتم ضمان وجوده على المنتوج لحين وصوله للمستهلك النهائي. ويكون تأشير البيانات التي تتطلب تحديد رمز او مختصر او حرف محدد (مثل رمز السرعة ورمز تركيب الإطار وغيرها) فيتم ترميزها كما مطلوب في متن المواصفة القياسية المطبقة اما غيرها من المتطلبات فتؤشر باللغة العربية (مثل اسم المُنتج و/او العلامة التجارية وبلد الإنتاج وتاريخ الإنتاج ...الخ). The markings for tires of light and heavy vehicles, passenger cars, and their inner tubes can be added in Arabic in the form of label (sticker) that is affixed and difficult to remove on the tire or on its outer cover, provided that its presence on the product is guaranteed until it reaches the final consumer. For Data that requires specifying a specific symbol, abbreviation, or letter (such as the speed symbol, tire installation symbol, etc.) shall be encoded as required in the Iraqi standard. Other requirements shall be marked in Arabic (such as the name of the product and/or trademark, country and date of production). ...etc.). ملاحظة: يمكن القبول بالأعداد المكتوبة بالأرقام العربية (مثل 0، 1، 2، 3، 4 ...) ولا حاجة الى ترجمة الاعداد الى ارقام الهندية مثل: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 Note: Numbers written in Arabic numbers can be accepted (such as 0, 1, 2, 3, 4...) and there is no need to translate it’s into Hindi numbers such as: 1،2،3،4،5
