Announcement Expansion of International Public Invitation (1/2022) The Ministry of Planning, The Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control (COSQC) is pleased to notify the experienced and qualified international companies to expand the date of closure to present their bids in order to get authorization to conduct pre-shipment inspection, test and certification of goods imported to Iraq, The closure date will be at 12 p.m. of Bagdad mean time on Thursday 1st of December 2022. . The bids will be opened at the beginning of the official working hours of Sunday 4th of December 2022 at the OCSQC’s headquarter and in case that the mentioned day is a holiday the opening operation shall be postponed to the next day at the same time. .
